Sunday, January 19, 2014. Raw Fig Newton Bars. As we eat more raw I am really loving the the desserts, they rock. Watching many YouTube videos I find that a lot of people are agreeing with me, well they have been doing this longer so I guess I agree with them. Jason Wrobel is one of those people no matter what he is making he keeps it entertaining. His show How to live to 100. Now I did not follow his recipe to the letter because of what I had on hand. 3/4 flax seeds ( ground up in a spice/coffe grinder).

Well this comes from talking about alfredo with my buddy last night and it made me hungry for some, so when I got up I knew what was gonna be for supper. I used this recipe here. This morning my husband came home early from work and surprised me that he was off tonight, that way in the morning when we get up, we can leave at 4 am instead of 6 am and he will be driving and not sleeping. Sunday, May 27, 2012. When we got home we immediately made this smoothie. It was incredible! It's made of 100% pineapple juice, 2 frozen bananas, 2 large handfuls of fresh strawberries and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed ground meal. Friday, August 24, 2012. It's been a crazy few weeks with the house remodel and going to Washington DC last weekend, and so much running around. Things at work are slowing down a little bit, I think we have all the football tickets shipped out, now on to Hockey and Basketball. I had my farm table delivered last week and I love it! Saturday, September 22, 2012. Still Busy with Remodeling. It's been a crazy few weeks with painting and working and trying to get everything done. We finished the downstairs bathroom the other day and now we have the family room and sunroom to paint, then we have to go back and paint all of the trim in all of the rooms.
