October 26, 2013. So I’ve been thinking. It’s nearly November and November is world vegan month. The 30 day challenge is when none vegans can attempt to follow a vegan diet for the whole of November. I think it’s a great idea, however, as I’m vegan already it isn’t much of a challenge. I’m currently contemplating following a fully plant based, whole-food diet for the 30 days of November.
