Was The only exposure I had with parsnips were having them roasted alongside a turkey, with some carrots, and potatoes. If you haven’t had a parsnip before, I would have to describe it as a sweeter carrot. Surprisingly after doing some research, I found that the parsnip is more nutritious than its carrot counterpart. 1/3 to 1/2 cup water.
