Sunday, January 29, 2012. Breakfast: Granola and WestSoy soymilk. Dinner: My father made some vegan chile using the pressure cooker. Twas delish. I usually would have helped, but I was busy cleaning the cupboard. This is an "after" picture. actually, more like a "during" picture. The "before" was pretty bad and the "after" was more abundant. Saturday, January 28, 2012. For breakfast today, I had Cinnamon Life Cereal with WestSoy soymilk. For lunch, I had Lentil Soup from Charlie Kabob. For a snack, my friend and I made a banana, chocolate, and date smoothie. SO good! For some reason, this picture won't rotate! And finally, for dinner, I grilled 2 portabella mushrooms - one for me, one for my mom. It was my first time cooking portabella mushrooms and they turned out delicious! Feel free to comment!
