I worked there 2 years ago and then quit. Now I'm back and I love it! The hardest part about going back to work is not getting to see Jaxson all day. Friday, October 31, 2008. Taylor Grace Velek entered this world on Oct. 27th. Proud parents are Aaron and Courtney Velek (Adam's brother). Courtney was induced on Monday morning at the Women's Hospital in Houston. From the stories that I have heard, I think she had a pretty good labor. Mom and baby are now home and doing wonderful! Wednesday, March 25, 2009. Jaxson is know 7 weeks! I can't believe how much he has grown in the last week. He has finally out grown his newborn diapers. We have graduated to size 1 diapers! He is also to big for his newborn clothes. We are in size 0-3 months. I am glad he has finally put on some weight but sad that it's going by so fast. Sunday, May 17, 2009. Last week was just awesome! I had a wonderful 1st Mother's Day. Adam cooked me breakfast, gave me roses and a gift certificate to get a massage, and then we went to church. It really made me feel to honored to be a mom. What an amazing blessing! They are so sweet and great with little ones. I feel very comfortable leaving him there. I know he's being cared for. The Easter Bunny came to visit Max in Anna, the bunny brought a perfect "Max"sized chair -that he loves sitting in, and filled his Easter eggs with puffs - as you can see he dug right into those puffs! This was his first ride on Daddy's shoulders - he looks a little scared! Max is officially on the move - better watch out! He is so close to walking! He had some very cute pictures taken I was very pleased with the pictures we got but I did want to get one of his cute little bottom but he was not having it at all! No naked pictures for him! Still no new teeth yet). He has started holding his own bottle for a few feeding depending on how tired his is! This is very helpful and also entertaining to watch him feel so in charge! Saturday, May 7, 2011. A Day with Daisy! Max went to visit Uncle Kyle and Aunt Ashley to check on the pool temperature - Uncle Kyle said it was still very cold but Max wanted to check it out anyways. We rolled up our pants and stuck our little piggy's in! Oh how great it is to be young! Ms Daisy also LOVES to swim and she is a huge MAX fan so she was in heaven - she really wanted in that pool - Max didn't understand what was going on but sure was having fun! This is one of my favorite pictures!
