We call our Sunday morning gathering an ‘intermission’. A lot is going on in our lives with family, work, relationships and all the fun stuff in between. At 10:33am on Sundays we take an ‘intermission’a break to reflect on God’s Story, our stories, and how the one affects the other. You can pick up your race kits on Thursday from 6-8pm (Pickering Running Room) and Friday from 7-8pm (Oshawa Running Room). You can also register on race day as early as 7:20am. The very first recipe I tried making while going to nutrition school was kale chips! I couldn't believe how easy the recipe was and I only needed a few ingredients.
