Sidewalks are pretty narrow places that smash together people from all walks of life. In Athens, where driving is more of a luxury than a necessity, students tread the sidewalks hurriedly between classes. The sidewalk forces people together with a bump or a brush, and is the location of many a scuffle. Sometimes, like when the weather is rainy, the sidewalk width is just too small to accommodate everyone. Every individual is made with the same very limited amount of differences," Andrews said. "We ca...

Brick Tripper: September 2009
http://bricktripper.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
The best and worst of slip-ups and trip-ups for your reading pleasure. September 29, 2009. And So It Goes. How is it that I've found myself doing the very thing I loathe? I have never really been a fan of ridicule or laughter at another's expense. Nor am I a fan of magnifying mistakes. Yes, they happen. Yes, we are all human. Yes, it is. 160;normal to fall on your face in the middle of West Green, crushing your rather messy Grab 'n' Go beneath you. Not that I'm speaking from experience or anything.

How to: Find the Perfect Mark. Ohio University student Colin King, 21, was the first victim in the video. He said that at first he was a little surprised by the encounter. At first I thought that you thought this was one of those multi-convenience carts in the middle of the aisle," King said. "I had to go back [to the aisle the food that you took was in] anyway, so I just didn't say anything.". Ashley Mick, a senior at Ohio University, said she had no idea how to react to the situation. I am 22, and it's...

Quick Fix: Foods Across America
http://aimeesquickfix.blogspot.com/2009/10/foods-across-america.html
Thursday, October 29, 2009. As everyone knows, I love food. As we speak, i'm watching the Food Network and seeing Paula Dean make love to a stick of butter. With that said, I've been thinking about foods that are staples in American culture. I investigated via Google and found ten quintessential foods that capture that good ol' American essence. A lot of what I found was quite interesting and pretty surprising. In a larger map. Until next time, have a safe and happy Halloween and eat tons of candy corn!

Quick Fix: Ghouls and Gobblings

Sunday, November 1, 2009. The saying this weekend was "Happy HallOUween! And it sure was happy at that. I had an internal struggle on Saturday whether to be a Grecian or a Lumberjack- the Grecian won by a landslide. However, as I went through the day, besides the visible lack of clothing adorned by OU students, I saw a ton of Halloween food that looked oh-so appetizing. I've compiled a list of top four Halloween treats that would make any ghost become friendlier than Casper:. 3 Candied Caramel Apples.

Quick Fix: Breaking the daily bread
http://aimeesquickfix.blogspot.com/2009/11/breaking-daily-bread.html
Thursday, November 5, 2009. Breaking the daily bread. I was inspired by my classmate Kailey's blog, Snackface. This week. She is a fellow OU student and foodie blogger, writing about her daily food jaunts with a twist: she's a vegan! Anyway, as I looked through her blog, rather creepily might I add, I found that I loved when she posted pictures of her food throughout the day. Lately i've been on a mexican kick and decided on Tuesday to go to Chipotle to indulge in "authentic" mexican cuisine. And i'm set...

Brick Tripper: Bike Tripper
http://bricktripper.blogspot.com/2009/11/bike-tripper.html
The best and worst of slip-ups and trip-ups for your reading pleasure. November 12, 2009. I thought I found my soulmate the other day. This is a thought I’ve had before, though it generally involves some sort of long-haired, tattooed creature talking intelligibly about his recent tour behind a concert building. Usually I am wrong in this thought, and this time, though very different, was no exception. I thought I found a fellow tripper. 8221; (Cute, no? Bike Tripper and Brick Tripper? 1 Laugh it off.
