Hence the lack of blog entries of late! My cooking has slowed down as I've been eating a lot of fresh salads, probably half as creative as some of you. Lately is been more about assembly and less about making love in the kitchen. Thursday, May 20, 2010. Haloumi is of Greek origin (get to work you civil servants) and ...

Wednesday, June 30, 2010. This is a take on Terroni's farinata salad, minus the grilled chick pea square thingy, and dang I realized I didn't add any red onion. Next time. Arugula, Italian tuna packed in oil (drained), grape tomatoes, mixed olives, and lots of fresh lemon juice. So, so, SO good. Monday, June 28, 2010. Turkey Meatball Marinara Melt. Friday, June 25, 2010. Feta makes watermelon betta. These two ingredients taste so f*cking good together, you'd wish you chewed more. Wednesday, June 23, 2010.
