Adventures of Sydney and Tony. Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Tony's Presentation on Albert Greenfield. Barbara Greenfield and Tony, 2010. A few years previously, Tony and I had met Barbara Greenfield, Albert Greenfield's daughter-in-law. That was also at a Sons of Utah Pioneers activity. She owned the property where my great-great-great-grandfather had spoken as a missionary. That opened the door for the man who then owned the property. Tony's presentation was wonderful! A Brief Story of Albert M. Greenfield.

Adventures of Sydney and Tony. Monday, June 24, 2013. How to Enjoy Frederick, Maryland. Tony and I have been looking forward to taking a trip this year, but we couldn't really decide upon a place. Because of a triple-billing mistake during a business trip, Tony was given a free night's stay at a hotel in Frederick, Maryland. We thought that would make it a perfect destination! Can you tell we don't get out much? Tony in front of the museum. It is housed in a building from 1830's which began its life.

From Me to You. Saturday, October 9, 2010. This week I have been WALKING! I know - I am also shocked. But the good news is that yesterday I walked from my home all the way down Timpview Dr. to the stoplight at the end of the street, taking me exactly 1½ hours. It may not sound like a big deal to those of you reading this, but it was a huge accomplishment to me. I have not done that for a few years. Now to just keep it up J. If I become really proficient, Alex will take me to Ukraine with him and Katie ;-).

From Me to You. Thursday, September 23, 2010. Prior to my canning project I set myself another project - to empty approximately 1000 (yes, one thousand) jars of 30 year-old fruit and vegetables! All told, we figure that we have about 1,200 canning jars! I used to do a LOT of canning! Old fruit - Clean jar. I eased gradually into canning, not knowing how much time, energy, or fruit I would have available. These are before and after pictures of my first batch of apricot freezer jam. In addition to jam, I d...

Adventures of Sydney and Tony. Thursday, October 18, 2012. My July Trip to Utah. In July I was able to go to Utah for a week for work. I love Utah and enjoyed every day I was there, other than the fact that I wasn't with my Mister T and Philly is now my home. I only had my iPod to take pics, so the quality isn't fantastic, but I thought I'd share some of my fun times with you all! Sudden downpour and double rainbow while out to dinner with my parents at Los Hermanos-Lindon. It had been TOO long! My July ...

Two of our nieces, Gigi and Madeline, used to live about 13 minutes away from us. Then they moved last month. Now they live FIVE minutes away from us! And I guess to be fair, they also live with their most excellent parents, David and Bethany, whom we also enjoy seeing. Madeline and proud Daddy. Awesome sis Bethany and our sweet Dad.
