The Waffle Works 2015. There has been many an event where seasonal ingredients have been used to demonstrate the creative thinking in The Waffle Works kitchen. The Christmas Pudding with Custard Waffle, the Gingerbread Waffle with Cinnamon Syrup, both went down a storm at the Bury Christmas Market, and The Salted Caramel Sauce was a hit at the American themed, Maverick Music Festival.
