Monday, May 28, 2012. Last year we tackled Yellowstone, so this year we stayed closer to home. That's one of the awesome perks of living in the PNW - you have amazing mountains in your back yard - literally! We drove about an hour northeast of us and we were in the Mount Baker National Forest and we had a wonderful campsite right next to wonderful friends! We stayed saturday-monday and the girls loved it - as they always do! This time was a bit more challenging because maren is CRAZY - but it was fun :).
