They picked Saturday instead of Sunday because everything is closed on Sunday and they had a couple of destinations in mind. Saturday, January 2, 2010. Skating on Thin Ice. We took Zach ice skating for the first time today in the public rink in the center of town near Nationaltheateret. As soon as his skates were on (the smallest size they carry! He was ready to jump right onto the ice expecting to know immediately how to skate and glide, but of course he looked more like Bambi learning to use his legs. Getting dressed (it was -8 C today! Friday, September 4, 2009. Sunpajic and other August Fun. I (Beth) am now leading the junior high youth group at church called Sunpajic, and it is a blast so far. About 10 kids turned up last Friday for our first event of the fall, an action-packed night of dodgeball, scripture relays, craft-making, and pictionary. She was so excited we had to practically bribe her into letting me take her to school instead of her just riding the bus. When you look at the last picture notice that poor little girl crying next to her.not Kenz, she had NO problem saying goodbye to her poor Mom:(.
