Luckily there’s been small episodes of tolerant weather abnormally happening here on the Trotternish Penninsula of Skye. I’ve managed to take another hike to a nice, remote loch near the northernmost part of the penninsula. The walk up was quite boggy because of the time of the year but reaching the shores of the loch it was well worth it. Loch Snoesdal, strange name but beautiful lake.

What’s the point? Observations and Facts from Global Roaming. Discovery by the River Conan. Asymp; Leave a comment. Despite this major setback in ever getting a good day to go outside, I still cannot resist the pangs I feel inside for fresh air and something new. Although the weather may be too extreme for a mountain hike across the Quirang or up to the crest of Beinn Edra, I look for micro-ventures which make the best out of the situation. Spending last night surfing around on Google I searched ceramic ...

What’s the point? Observations and Facts from Global Roaming. Red Sky At Morning…Red Sky At Night (A Journey to the Outer Hebrides). Asymp; 1 Comment. End of the World. Red sky at morning. Sailing straight into the maw. As the ferry rounded out of Uig bay from whence our departure was out of, I saw as we headed northward towards the archipelago, a giant black cloud loomed in front of us. Like a predator who did not have to chase his quarry, but simply has to wait for it to come to him. After reaching Sto...

The Wandering Empath | Exploring the World's Emotions
About Being an Empath. Exploring the World's Emotions. August 1, 2016. A strand of thin brown hair falls into the crease of my elbow. I brush it away. Another lands softly on the table and sticks. Visual Information, Photography, and Writings
Visual Information, Photography, and Writings. Feliz Navidad from the Camino. December 23, 2016. James and his new friends were lost. They hadn’t found a yellow arrow in over two hours since leaving behind town with the famous monument which inspired a famous book . And they couldn’t see any house or habitation, just woods with multiple paths cutting across. They passed by a pond in a marbly rock outcopping, which would have been tempting to bathe in, but not in these circumstances. The farmer who lived ...
