Dacă vreți sa vedeți dacă un restaurant își respecta angajații, nu cred ca este modalitate mai ușoara decât sa întrebați dacă angajații mănâncă în restaurat sau nu. Preparatul de fata nu se gaseste pe meniul The French Laundry. Este una din mâncărurile preparate zilnic pentru angajați. Pentru cine este curios, exista cărți de rețete numai cu rețete pentru "staf meals". Se adaugă roșiile și se amesteca bine.
