Of course, I'm me, so I only use recipes as a jumping board, in the best of times. Here are the ingredients:. Except the Mio. That had nothing to do with it. Salt and pepper to taste. 3 Tbsp Olive Oil. 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice. 1-2 cloves of Garlic. 1/4 cup Capers (in brine). This made me feel like a Spanish Inquisitor.

Monday, September 16, 2013. Pumpkin Spice (with streusel topping) Mug Muffins - Day 7. What better way to end my daily posts than with PUMPKIN SPICE (with streusel topping, I might add). I know that it's fall now and everyone has been craving all things pumpkin and 'fall' - so here's the best for last! I also upped the amount of spice from the last spiced mug muffin I made. This one I used 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp ginger. Guess what this is? When done it's moist crumbly goodness.
