Wednesday, August 28, 2013. The most amazing weekend of our boys' summer! At the end of June, we had a very special weekend away to Lancaster County. It completely blew our boys' minds! It was like Disney for train aficionados! We visited the historic train town of Strasburg, PA for their annual "Day Out with Thomas" event. Thursday, December 12, 2013. Here are the boys playing in their favorite massive leaf pile that we walk by on our way home from school! This was November 18, and it was warm enough to picnic! We were so proud of our Lewis this month! He colored a picture for a coloring contest at Daddy's work, and he won for his age group! We were so proud of how hard he worked. Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Sri Lanka - Hill Country - March '15. The Hill Country area of Sri Lanka was the part I was the most excited for. I have a tea estates obsession after visiting the Satemwa Tea Estates in Malawi years ago - one of the most beautiful places we have ever, ever been! So, we were really looking forward to this!
