The Association of the First Highland Watch is the band's administrative body. Made up of band members and non-members, they are responsible for the non-musical aspect of running the band. While relatively new, the Associationcurrently seeks new opportunities, competitive, parades and concerts, to promote the band as well as the traditions of the bagpipes and scottish drumming. The Pipersville Scottish Fair. In 1974 the First Highland Watch organized and ran the 1st Annual Bucks Country Highland Country Fair at the police association grounds in Pipersville, PA. Conviniently, the fair was located in a town know as Pipersville thus giving the fair it's unoffical name: the "Pipersville Fair". The first year was a modest start with only a couple of pipe bands performing. If you are interested in learning the pipes or drums. Please click here.

The First Highland Watch is always looking for interested players and students. If you interested in learning how you can become a member please click here. The band practices every Wednesday night starting at 7:30 pm until 10:00 pm. We practice at the Feasterville Fire Department from October until May and at the Rosedale Memorial Park from May to October. The band wears a Hunting Robertson Tartan along with a white shirt and black tie. On Leave of Absence.
