May 21, 2015. Food Diary and Weight Loss. I had my first successful Nutritarian Day. 100% successful. That feels FANTASTIC. Especially after having like 14 100% unsuccessful days in a row (actually very unlike me)…I’m back on track! I drink 30 ounces of water 5 times per day, every day. I try to get in two 30-ounce glasses before 12 pm to keep me on track. So that happened. And I drank the other 3 glasses as planned. First thing I had was what I’m calling my Morning Fire Smoothie. Fire in the belly!
