July 29, 2016. Another 20km or so today. What a beautiful morning sunrise which we enjoyed. Clouds in the valleys with peaks reaching toward the heavens. July 29, 2016. A 20 km walk today through lush vegetation and livestock in the fields. I commented to Justin that our Irish friend probably felt right at home as this section reminds me of what I think Ireland is like. At dinner it was confirmed, she said she felt right at home. Today we met a new companion, Greg, from Australia. He is a principal at a Catholic school and we had great conversation and shared a .Sam together. So many lovely people willing to simply be themselves and to love.

July 31, 2016. 25km today and we wanted some quiet walking so we got up at 5:15 and hit the trail with headlamps on at 6 AM. The idea seemed to work well as we never really encountered significant foot traffic and had many kilometers of quiet time. I just went to Mass at the local Catholic Church.
