Friday, May 27, 2011. We have three pets; Sammy, the cat; Beau, the Golden Retriever; and Tate, the Pomeranian. They all get along great.well, Tate thinks he is ruler over all. We found all of them through Craigslist ads. Our neighbors have some fun pets, too. These horses live right across the street from us. Pets are great for lifting the spirits. I love my pets and can't imagine life without them. Thursday, May 26, 2011. Riley is a gymnast. I think she loves gymnastics. What do you think?

Wednesday, February 16, 2011. You are what you eat. Oatmeal with ground flax seed). That's what they say anyway. My doc gave me the news.my triglycerides are way too high. I started taking niacin, a vitamin B3 drug therapy, to help lower the levels. Here were my stats in January:. LDL (bad cholesterol): 50 (very good). HDL (good cholesterol): 27 (too low). Triglycerides: 477 (really, really bad). Total Cholesterol: 156 (perfect! If you are what you eat, then I want to be healthy. You are what you eat.
