Sunday, March 11, 2012. Cleaning out the car.guess what I find? Stuffed into crevices, in the car door pockets, cupholders and on and under the seats. Everywhere. I know why this happens, too. Pulling out one's hair thing seems to be the best way to relieve frustration about being trapped in the car. After that, you go after your sister's hair thing. Grab a bunch of her hair, yank it and pull out the bow/ponytail holder/barrette and make her as mad as you are. March 20, 2012 at 8:53 PM.

Monday, September 27, 2010. Andy and I completed our first sprint tri. We did a couple super sprint tri's a couple years ago, but this was our first full one. 750m swim, 13.1 bike, 3.2 run! We used the term "train" lightly as we only had the chance to swim about 4 times, ride a handful of times and run a couple times a week.
