This is one of our new favorite recipes- Spanish Chicken with Chorizo and Potatoes. We found the original recipe here. And give Pick Yin ALL the credits! This is the recipe in her words- no way would I alter something so good! 3 tablespoons regular olive oil. 12 chicken thighs (bone in, with skin). 750 grams chorizo sausages, whole if baby ones, or cut into 4-cm chunks if regular-sized. 1 kilogram baby potatoes, half the larger ones. 2 red onions, peeled and roughly chopped. 2 teaspoons dried oregano.

I love crab cakes, and was really lucky to come across this recipe for Crazy Good Crab Cakes. By Celeste on Sugar and Spice by Celeste. This is her recipe (and above photo! And all I did was substitute in 2 pieces of crumbled gluten-free bread in place of the 2 pieces crumbled white bread. To make this delicious recipe gluten free, and take some pictures (below) of the process🙂. 1 lb Lump Crab Meat. 2 Slices White Bread, crumbled, crust removed (I processed mine in a food processor). 1 Egg, beaten.

Today was the first day that I went to my Tuesday class and it was still light out on my ride home, so I enjoyed my view of the river as we drove down Storrow Drive. I was not even consciously looking for birds, but got a good glimpse of a male red-breasted merganser. What an unexpected and fleeting thrill, and in beautiful plumage, too. Nice hairdo, buddy. I wanted to test out his new fancy stroller on our suburban streets. He really liked lying in its bassinet and watching the sky, trees, and birds whiz by.
