By Dale and Danielle. It is finally fall in New England and what better way to spend a cool and windy day then inside making a delicious Spaghetti and Meatball dinner. We spent about 4 hours making the 3 main ingredients from scratch. A amazingly well balanced sauce, fabulous meatballs and fresh pasta. The sauce will take the longest, so lets begin with that:. 10-12 Ripe Tomato’s (a good 3 pounds). Italian Seasoning (1 teaspoon). Tomato Paste (4-5 tablespoons). Crushed Tomato’s (1 Large can/1 pound).

I would suggest slicing the meatballs in half, this allows them to sit nicely in the roll. We heated ours up in the oven for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese and get a little crunch on the roll. I know as a child I really did not care for brussels sprouts, but as I have gotten older I have learned to love this vegetable. This dish is simple and nice way to sneak this vegetable to the table. Who can resist something baked and cheesy? 1 pound of Brussels Sprouts (remove outer leaves and stems). Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes. 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream. 1/2 Cup Grated White Cheddar Cheese.
