The wee little blog. LilySlim Weight loss tickers. Wednesday, January 11, 2017. I ate too much yesterday! At the end of the day I felt horrible. Breakfast was 2 eggs with 1/3 avocado. Lunch was 5 pieces of smushed up sushi. Supper was a tamale with chili, cheese and sour cream. Now this may not sound like a lot, but as a WLS Person who hadn't eaten for almost two weeks it was a lot! I couldn't help myself really. Just so exciting to eat mushies. I've had 1 coffee. And will have tortilla soup for supper.
