Friday, January 08, 2010. What a long week, I say that cuz the holidays are over and I'm back to 5.5.5 day work weeks! OK, here it is, daily blog of eats and exercise! Subway, 6 inch turkey sub, wheat bread, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and rather than mayo went with ranch free dressing. NO CHIPS, yeah me! A few mountain dews during the work day.and NO WATER. Honestly another chaotic day at work so when I say a few mountain dews, it was 2 bottles at work. Did I mention it is Friday? Also had a few beers.
