"When He has tried me I shall come forth as Gold"
http://katewenzel.blogspot.com/2007/09/end-of-era.html
Come Forth as Gold. Thou hast formed us for Thyself, and our hearts are restless until they find their rest in Thee". Set your mind on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Saturday, September 15, 2007. An end of an era? Ok, ok, I won't get so dramatic about this. but it has been nearly 4 years since I have had this blog, and I am pretty sure I am going to stop writing on it for a couple reasons. 3 I feel like it.

The Borg Blog: February 2012
http://kyleandrachel.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! Friday, February 24, 2012. Our little precious is 6 months old! Here is some random info about her:. She weighed 17 pounds 9 ounces and was 25 inches long at her 6 month check up on Wednesday. I looked in Evie and Judah's baby books and Aletta is just a little bit bigger than Ev was at this age. Judah was quite a bit bigger than both of the girls :). She also takes two naps during the day that are between 1 1/2 and 2 hours long each. Sunday: P...

http://kyleandrachel.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! Thursday, November 24, 2011. Our baby girl is three months old today! She is such a joy and a wonderful addition to our family. Aletta (also known as Lettie Lou Who, Letta Lou and Ayetta Douise (Ev's name for her) ) is a very happy and content baby. She is often satisfied to sit in her bouncy seat and watch her crazy siblings. It's hard to believe that before too long she will be running around with them. Tuesday, November 22, 2011. It is my p...

The Blood Of His Cross: June 2008
http://thebloodofhiscross.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
The Blood Of His Cross. Thursday, June 5, 2008. Http:/ theologica.blogspot.com/2008/05/true-story-or-removing-offense-of.html. Above is a link to a critique of one of the books i was thinking of when writing that last post. It is very interesting and well-founded. It states much of what Monika commented about as well. Check it out and see what you think, especially the part where Trevin talks about how we can "completely miss the boat" when sharing the gospel in the way described in the book.

The Blood Of His Cross. Tuesday, November 20, 2007. Genesis and deer hunting. Friday, November 16, 2007. I am thinking about the differences between accountability and discipleship, and hoping to encourage many of my students to be discipled. Any thoughts on the differences between true discipleship and just accountability would be greatly appreciated! I'll post again as soon as i get a chance! Thursday, November 8, 2007. Monday, November 5, 2007. It is such a blessing to be able to watch God's Truth and...

The Blood Of His Cross: John
http://thebloodofhiscross.blogspot.com/2009/02/john.html
The Blood Of His Cross. Monday, February 23, 2009. I am trying to keep up with some brand new Christians in going through the gospel according to John. Thes guys are eating up John like candy right now, and it's so sweet to see! Thanks be to God for His Word that is living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword. Pray for these new believers and for our chapter to gain more momentum after seeing some great fruit. Praise be, praise be! February 24, 2009 at 11:25 AM. August 31, 2009 at 5:33 AM.

The Blood Of His Cross: July 2007
http://thebloodofhiscross.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
The Blood Of His Cross. Wednesday, July 18, 2007. Monday, July 16, 2007. Our own troubles are forgotten while we look, not only upon what God has done, and is doing for Zion, but on the glorious things He will yet do for His church." OK. He then went on to convict me by talking about forgetting our "little concerns" for the bigger picture of seeking the welfare of the Church. Wednesday, July 11, 2007. Has anyone ever read or heard of John Flavel? Tuesday, July 10, 2007. Monday, July 9, 2007. Here is my f...

The Blood Of His Cross: Here it is.
http://thebloodofhiscross.blogspot.com/2009/01/here-it-is.html
The Blood Of His Cross. Wednesday, January 28, 2009. I have to confess i lost the book i wanted to quote from and don't remember the whole of the question i sought to answer. I'll do my best to bring it out and see what happens. Substitutionary atonement has to do with the idea that we are all guilty before God, but that Jesus suffered a horrible death and the wrath of God. This will get us started, let us dive into scripture and discover what we can about this mystery about why i am saved. I am the good...

The Blood Of His Cross
http://thebloodofhiscross.blogspot.com/2009/02/no-replies-to-last-post-maybe-it-was.html
The Blood Of His Cross. Monday, February 9, 2009. No replies to the last post! Maybe it was a bad topic. We can revisit it if there is interest later, i suppose. Here is a question i have been pondering an awful lot lately. If there are approximately 350 students attending evangelical Christian groups at UWSP, why on earth are there only approximately 110 UWSP students attending evangelical local churches? Anyhow, as you know, i think this is a sad thing. February 9, 2009 at 9:00 AM. Welllet's face it, i...
