Thai Bistro and Take-Away menu. The Whole Earth Cafe Bistro is tucked away in White Swan Court, one of Monmouth's charming shopping areas. White Swan Court is located between Church Street and Priory Street at the top end of Monmouth, close to Agincourt Square. With the Shire Hall on your right walk straight ahead towards Church Street (pedestrians only). Half way down Church Street, just before you get to The Savoy Cinema, you will find the entrance to White Swan Court on your left.
