Seriously, it's so fun to eat that way! This marinade was one that my Mum used to make weekly in our household at our request. I'm really not sure who Monica is.but I believe this is her chicken! Mum usually put it on chicken breasts but I reckon it would go well on shrimp and shrimp are fun to skewer. 6 tbsp olive oil. 1 tbsp dried thyme.
