The Edmiston Family: April 2009
http://edmistonfabfour.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 20, 2009. Preschool Programs, Sunny Days, and Adventures in Cop-land. Beware . . . we had a crazy busy week and I'm now posting on ALL of the events. It's long post and hopefully you'll be able to get through it by dinnertime! In front of some skeleton thing (with a black eye from Sydney). Annie and Molly at DQ. Josh's lawn mowing audience. Annie posing in front of my herb garden. Wednesday, April 15, 2009. My girls and I have a love affair with the Barefoot Contessa. We look forward to...

The Edmiston Family: December 2008
http://edmistonfabfour.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 14, 2008. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas . . . Our family was so excited to wake up to snow today! Annie was a holy terror because she did not want to sit still, but Syd had fun making crafts and eating all of the sweets they offered. That's about it around here. We're going to snuggle up and watch a movie tonight and hopefully it will be too snowy to head to work in the morning (but nice enough to head to Hood River to go on the Polar Express train ride in the evening)!

The Edmiston Family: Seattle Bound
http://edmistonfabfour.blogspot.com/2009/05/seattle-bound.html
Monday, May 11, 2009. A few weeks ago, my friend Shayla and I packed up the car and kids and headed up to Seattle for a long weekend at her aunt and uncle's house. We had a great time taking the ferry to Bainbridge Island, exploring Pikes Place, and taking long baths and showers in her aunties amazing bathroom! I have a sneaking suspicion that Shayla may have changed her mind about having children of her own someday. Hopefully she'll come around again soon! A self portrait of Syd and I on the ferry.

The Edmiston Family: October 2008
http://edmistonfabfour.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 30, 2008. For our trick-or-treat party, I made some yummy Caramel Corn to further enhance the sugar high we'll be feeling! This is an easy microwave recipe and is my fav for fall. 6 cups popped popcorn. 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar. 2 tbl light corn syrup. 1/4 tsp baking soda. I usually double or triple the recipe, depending on the number of guests. See, super easy and oh so good! Hope you did too! If not . . . get on it. =). Tuesday, October 28, 2008. I love weekends where I get t...

The Edmiston Family: Sydney's Invention
http://edmistonfabfour.blogspot.com/2009/05/sydneys-invention.html
Tuesday, May 26, 2009. My brilliant daughter came up with this one all on her own. Don't you wish you had your own toilet seat picker upper? I would love to purchase a toilet seat picker-upper! May 26, 2009 at 12:52 PM. May 26, 2009 at 4:40 PM. Honestly, I could use one. :). June 23, 2009 at 8:49 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. The Edmiston Family: August 2009
http://edmistonfabfour.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 4, 2009. Not me Monday . . . On a Tuesday. In an effort to keep my newly-potty-training-two-year-old compliant, I did not give her a total of 15 gumballs in one day . . . Nope, not me! In addition to the 15 gumballs I handed out to said potty-trainer, I did not hand out an additional 15 gumballs to her older sister just to keep her from whining at me . . . no way, my dentist has taught me better than to rot my kids teeth out. The Edmiston Family: March 2009
http://edmistonfabfour.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 18, 2009. It was fun to watch the two of them interact with the kids and talk about "stranger danger" in addition to showing off their cool equipment. The funniest part was when Mrs. Earhart asked Emma what her mommy does at work and her reply was "she hands people stuff." We took lots of pictures and here are a few of our favorites! Maria and the girls. Syd and her dad. The swarm of pre-schoolers. Tuesday, March 10, 2009. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

The Edmiston Family: We're still alive!!
http://edmistonfabfour.blogspot.com/2009/10/were-still-alive.html
Wednesday, October 7, 2009. So, my blog has obviously been abandoned for the past few months. Just wanted my 2.5 readers to know that we are still alive! Currently our life consists of living with the in-laws, house hunting (our building project got thrown out the window), and trying to stay warm after spending a week in Hawaii with my mom (Josh and the girls missed out on the fun on that one). Once things settle down, I'll attempt to get back to the blogging world. The Six of Us. I still read your blog!

The Edmiston Family: February 2009
http://edmistonfabfour.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 17, 2009. Our friend Emma came over this morning to hang out while her twin sister went to get her haircut, so with all my new-found energy, we decided to tackle a craft after Syd got home from school. The girls also helped me make a new Lasagna soup recipe (we'll see if we like it before we post it) and a loaf of bread in the bread machine. Yay for fun, productive days! Our craft of the day was Birdseed Biscuits and they turned out great! The bisquits before baking. One of the ladies i...
