September 30, 2012. Today I participated in a day-long educational and training event to learn more about the Body Talk. Healing modality. The class I took - Body Talk Access. Taught me 5 quick and easy techniques that I can now use on myself, my family and others seeking energetic, non-invasive, intuitive, whole body healing. But let me back this up just a bit. Then, I wavered. I spent a bunch of time up in my head (oo. I hate it when I do that! Telling myself all the reasons that wouldn't be a good idea.

Monday, April 12, 2010. I have started a "Bucket List" for my summer. I'm sure it will grow over the next month as I think of more things I want to add to it but this is a start:. Finish at least two triathalons. White water rafting in Denali. Hike Crow Creek Pass. Go to the Forest Fair. I like the photo formats as well! I will have to open up my brand new Milepost and see where those towns are in Alaska. ;O). Thanks for the inspiration! There are a lot of very creative and cozy little spots to see there!
