Waterman Family Blog: High School, Here Comes Drew!
http://watermanfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2012/08/high-school-here-comes-drew.html
Come live, laugh and learn with us. Tuesday, August 28, 2012. High School, Here Comes Drew! From kindergarten to high school. Yesterday was emotional for me! My "baby" started high school. Seems like yesterday that we were walking the halls of his elementary school to find his kindergarten class. For some reason it was harder for me to drop him off at high school than it was for kindergarten. Those kids were like men and women, not boys and girls! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Waterman Family Blog: April 2012
http://watermanfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Come live, laugh and learn with us. Monday, April 9, 2012. Wow, there ARE glimpses of my typical child…. When my world was rocked in every way imaginable the day Emma was born and we received her diagnosis of Down syndrome, I couldn’t help but thinking of all the things she would never do. All the experienced parents will tell you that is the #1 cardinal rule of don’ts! She was an amazingly wonderful baby actually, who even started sleeping through the night at 3 weeks old! When I tell her story, I never...

Waterman Family Blog: Reflections and Truths
http://watermanfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2012/07/reflections-and-truths.html
Come live, laugh and learn with us. Tuesday, July 24, 2012. I was just telling Jon last night how so far, my 30's have been such a reflective time for me. I also told him I'd like to think most people have this time in their 40's or 50's so maybe I was ahead of the game. :). As I embark on my 34th birthday tomorrow, I consider myself pretty grounded. I also consider myself a constant work in progress but I hope you enjoy a peek into my reflections. As a person who doesn't do well with change, I am thankf...

Waterman Family Blog: January 2013
http://watermanfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Come live, laugh and learn with us. Monday, January 14, 2013. I was quite nervous about the possibility of Emma having to have surgery. She hasn't had one in almost four years (praise the Lord! And I didn't want her to have to go through anything that would cause her pain. My prayer was for the doctor to say no surgery. On Monday, off we went. The doctor we were seeing came highly recommended from our pediatrician as well as one of the doctors I work for, so that made me feel good. I spent those 20 minut...
