He went to retrieve the ball, and a nearly 11 foot long alligator grabbed his arm and pulled him into the pond! I Really Do Have a Life! Thursday, June 18, 2009. On the Santa Monica Pier. Very cold that day. This is located right on Hollywood Blvd. Looks way better on T.V. Believe it or not but this actually backs onto a mall. It turned out to be a long and exhausting week. We didn't see any famous people but we had a lot of fun.
