Where the imagination soars. Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Book Review- Burdney by Nicole Sager. I knew I would be on the lookout for anything more the author had to offer. Thus I was thrilled for the continuing story in Burdney. I would recommend reading Hebbros. First, but I don’t feel reading the author’s original trilogy, The Heart of Arcrea,. Is entirely necessary to enjoying the Companions of Arcrea. S and focuses on an easily overlooked character—the jilted bride of Bradley. When I first read Hebbros.

Although I enjoyed the story, I did feel it ended far too abruptly, leaving at least two glaring questions unanswered. But I understand the difficulty of writing an epic tale in a limited word count, so she wove her high seas romance well.
