06:55 pm January 5th, 2015. Whimsical in the brainpan, part eleventy. Cross-posting from FB mostly because I know it will likely entertain. I went to a sleep specialist today to discuss the fact that I basically dont sleep anymore. She took a page of notes, then looked at me in bewilderment. Doctor: But WHY havent you already had a sleep study done? Me: I havent had a chance. Ive been a little busy trying not to die. Doctor: *does doubletake, hastily re-reads chart* Oh. I think Ill keep this one.

Hearing the cuckoos cry / I long for Kyoto (Basho). I hesitate to even post this. Aug 11th, 2015 at 12:47 PM. I made it to London. No sign of my bicycle. Lost luggage paperwork filed. Thinking I will skip the Brussels leg. Very tired and dirty and hungry, but I will officially check in at the hostel at 2. Ugh. This is worse than Sunday. Aug 11th, 2015 01:36 pm (UTC).
