My story of Life, Love and all things in between. Today we went to Amber's pool party! We started off the day by going to Barnes and Noble for a National reading of Eric Carle's "The Hungary Caterpillar". Basically they played the audio version read by the author on C.D. and the kids got to follow along with the book. When they were done the kids got to do arts and crafts. My story of Life, Love and all things in between. Wow It has been a while since I've posted. I need to try and write more posts. This blog was made with the intention of not having people read it (although it is nice that you do) but to sort of chronicle things that my son and I do. Not just together but things I do too. My story of Life, Love and all things in between. I had such a great Christmas! It was soo much fun to have my lil guy with me, even though his fascination extended pretty much to the wrapping paper of his presents lol! Our Christmas started on the 24th, when my mom's side of the Family celebrates Christmas. I got my yearly call that mom needed help wrapping her presents so I headed over to her house, and of course we procrastinated by putting Cain under the tree and taking pictures! Wow what is this?

Livin' the life of 5 Rileys. Friday, December 13, 2013. Flagstaff and Quad Racing! What an awesome experience all around. Back in August we went to Flagstaff to watch Shiloh compete in a quad race. The boys were in love - not only with the race but with Shiloh. This was our first experience in the world of quad racing. An experience it was! But, seriously, we had an absolute blast and can't wait to go again! These are some random photos from the trip. Photo taken by budding photographer Ayden!

Livin' the life of 5 Rileys. Sunday, August 26, 2012. As of late, Ayden has been obsessed with superheroes. We now have about 5 different superhero shirts that are rotated throughout the week, and many many discussions on what shirt we will wear what day. Last night we went to Sophia's birthday party where part of the theme was to dress up. You can imagine the excitement when Ayden found a Captain America outfit in the costume bin! Livin' the life of 5 Rileys. Tuesday, September 11, 2012. Playing some superhero game is a daily occurrence in the Riley household these days. Ayden is obsessed with superheroes and thus that means Gavin is too. We are officially in that stage where we just rotate the same five superhero shirts and he decides what he was to be today. Here are a few videos of the boys playing 'hulct' and some of their superhero shirts. Notice they both have their superhero backpack on holding all their super powers.
