Gay man held for deportation, despite winning case - Gay Rights. 02 September 2011 @ 04:21 pm. Gay man held for deportation, despite winning case. New here, but I was looking for a place to post a petition. I love petitions, but I promise that not every post will be one. Miguel Caceres has won his deportation case because he faces persecution in his home country of Honduras. Yet he has not been released from jail. Sign the petition, because this illegal detention will not stand! 2 comments Leave a comment.
