Friday, January 11, 2013. This is an oldie but goodie. One of my husbands favorites. These no bake cookies are quick, easy and delicious. To ensure a moist cookie that hardens correctly, be sure to pay specific attention to the cooking time and addition of oatmeal. 1 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar. 1/2 cup Evaporated milk. 1/3 cup smooth Peanut Butter. 1 1/2 -2 cups Quick Cook Oats. Drop cookies by teaspoonful onto wax paper or parchment paper. Allow to cool. Makes approx 24 2" cookies. Have A Good One,.
