After a handful of days in the lovely Pai, I hopped back on the bus and took to the winding roads back to Chiang Mai. I toured around Chiang Mai on foot and skyped with my family, generally taking it easy. The next day I was heading out for an elephant trek with some more good people from SpicyThai. So I figured I'd put it up here as well :) He does a diet in the office called Ideal Protein which is super strict. We started it Monday and it's tough but the results are SO worth it!
