Yellow Birch Farm is a small organic farm located on the Reach Road in Deer Isle, Maine. We grow a variety of vegetables in fields and greenhouses, raise dairy goats for milk , cheeses, yogurts and soaps and raise laying hens, meat chickens and pigs. We sell at our farmstand and local farmer's markets. Deer Isle, Maine.

The menu featured a bounty of local ingredients including our goat milk cheeses and freshly harvested vegetables, local sea urchins and pork prepared by award winning chef Martha Spector. The hay that was laid down on and around the rows is working well keeping the weeds down, so this was a relatively quick and easy endeavor. Monday, April 23, 2012.
