8230; or maybe it should be "Dripping in Gold" now that we are in the land of the Golden Pagodas…. Sunday, March 30, 2014. The sky is weeping. I'm also looking so much forward to be with hubby again. These two have totally captured my heart! Now that Cupcake is bigger they (sometimes) have so much fun together! But, for sure I will miss the beautiful lands of the Bay Area, but I'll be back…. again and again :-). Farewell for now, until next time. March 30, 2014 at 3:08 AM. March 30, 2014 at 6:13 AM.

Long time.summer in Norway and San Francisco got in the way. I'm back in the desert, but right now I'm having a holiday in Islamabad/Pakistan! Not the most likely place to go for a holiday is it? But as my husband works here, I just had to see the place where he has spent most of the 2 last years. The street where my husband lives. Typical, colorful truck.

Mama Sutra: All Mediation Is
http://mamasutra-annie.blogspot.com/2011/06/all-mediation-is.html
Inching towards Nirvana one growth experience at a time. Wednesday, June 8, 2011. It's conscious breathing. That's it. But with a catch, which is "don't think". Or rather, don't chase thoughts. We spend a lot of our mat time not breathing and letting our minds wander, distracting us from the task at hand - anchoring to the present. Being present. The following vid presents a simply approach for the beginner that, although a bit silly, is completely accessible. Tips for new yoga students. I have enjoyed i...

Inching towards Nirvana one growth experience at a time. Monday, June 13, 2011. Here Comes the Sun. Even though the studio is in wind down mode, Jade held a workshop centering on the Ashtanga sun salutation this past weekend. Surya A is the basis of my teacher training via YogaWorks and it's the first set of movements in Primary Series. Deceptive in that it looks simple, the sun salutation broken down is intense, involving the entire body when done correctly. The Yoga Room Fort Saskatchewan. But sadly, T...
