Even with lunch at Crown Burger, I still stayed w/in my calorie intake. I also got in my 2 miles for the day (after a late night trip to the gym ). I think a regular challenge is good for me. It really helped me to be accountable and make some great positive changes. Here's to a strong finish! Im so very glad you chose to join me. I know that may not be as low as I can (or should) go, but it will be a real celebration for me. I have had very gradual weight loss and to finally reach that number would be awesome.
