Thursday, May 31, 2007. Church Camp in Cameron Highlands (25-28th). From Tapah, the journey up to Brinchang was about 59km. I thought it might take us another 1 hour to reach. Wrong, it was a solid 2 hours to get to Chefoo Methodist center in the hills of Cameron. 25th May, we were heading for one church camp. Saturday, January 27, 2007. My first attempt in making this Italian delight, closely mentored by our project manager the result was satisfying. The mascarpone and cream wasn’t whipped by experienced hands, thus resulting in one ‘not so even’ topping. Fortunately though, I’ve sprinkled thick layers of coco powder to cover them up. Serve chilled, it was not bad after all. (According to tester). I wish to make more for mom and dad when I get back this Chinese new year. Monday, January 22, 2007. I Am So Bored.
