Monday, June 2, 2008. For those few that had read it, I had posted an email I received from another officer. Unfortunately, someone had plagarized another retired officer's work before forwarding it out. That retired officer contacted me, and I removed it at his request. He offered to send me his original, and of course, I'll put it up right away once I get it. I'd like to apologize to the author and thank them for letting me know what was going on.
