Around mid day on Saturday, I noticed Sophie started having some strong contractions and I knew that the time was nearing for her to have her puppies. Around two, Sophie started pushing. By 2:28 the first healthy girl was born. She will be known as Eleanor during her 8 week stay with us. After an hour and a half had passed, another healthy girl was born. She will be known as Eliza Jane. Tuesday, July 21, 2009.

Sunday, September 6, 2009. Well Bryan and I immediately bought some, but I decided I would look online to see if I could find an easy way to sew my own. After reading through a receiving blanket. Tutorial I thought I would be able to make my own. I had also learned over the past week how to make two different types of cute burp cloths. And wee wee wigwams. He looks like he has a cute button nose. He weighs about a pound right now and is definitely very squirmy which I love because I can feel all those little wiggles. Monday, August 31, 2009. I am very pleased with the final product and I am extremely thankful that it's done. Bryan is still not a big fan of it, but with all the hard work put into it, it's here to stay for a very long time. Here are some pictures of it. The top two are before pics taken by Nathan Morgan.
