Things I love to cook! Wednesday, August 19, 2009. 2 packages of lean cut beef cubed steak. 1 package of beef stew seasoning mix. 3 can cream of mushroom soup. 1 large package of egg noodles. Into a crock pot put beef, seasoning mix, onion, chopped garlic, a gurgle of red wine, 2 cans of beef stock and 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup. Turn on crock pot to low and cook for 8 hours. Cook package of egg noodles according to package directions and serve beef mixture over hot noodles. I serve with warm bread.

Things I love to cook! Saturday, October 17, 2009. I have been told by many people that these will put you in a "hurt locker" LOL. Take one cake mix (flavor of your choice) and bake according to package directions. While still hot, put warm cake into a large mixing bowl and add one can of frosting and stir until all mixed up. Bag of frozen stir-fry veggies or 3-5 cups of any veggies in your fridge. 1 cup chicken stock or water with a bouillon cube. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Place pieces in a resealable bag. Add corn starch and toss to coat. Combine soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder- add to bag ans shake well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Labels: For Those Who Like Meat.

Preheat oven to 400. 24 small red potatoes. 3 Tbsp. olive oil for coating. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 cup chicken stock. 2 cloves mined garlic. 1/2 cup toasted almond slivers. 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint or basil. Plsce potatoes in a baking pan and coat with 2 Tbsp. oil. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast potatoes until cooked through but firm (about 25-35 minutes). Remove and let sit until cooled. Labels: Sides and Salads.
