Friday, August 28, 2009. Manteno needs a National City. This is one of my biggest pet peeves. Why is there not a National City Bank in Manteno? It is one of the most popular banks and Manteno doesn’t have one. That’s just crazy to me. We have 2 Homestar Banks that are 2 miles from each other and they can’t spare a spot for a National City?
