Sothys pepper farm / la ferme de poivre de Sothy. J'ai pris un tuk-tuk pour m'y rendre et c'est le mari de Sothy, Norbert, qui m'a accueillie. Cet allemand de 84 ans vit au Cambodge depuis 25 ans, et sa vie mérite bien un paragraphe (au moins) sur ce modeste blog. Il parle couramment cinq langues : allemand, anglais, français, espagnol et japonais (il a vécu 10 ans au Japon). Il n'a pourtant que quelques mots de Khmer, juste assez pour les conversations courantes. Pourquoi? Ça a l'air de fonctionner!
