Here is what I think...

Here is what I think. Sunday, October 25, 2009. It has been a while since my last post. After my last post, I decided to take stock of everything and reflect on the feedback I received. Some of what I received seemed to reflect the overall nature of debate in our world today. It seems that we can no longer converse on ideas. We, as a country, seem to have the need to vilify the "opposition". Yes, I am referring to Fox News. Do I agree with what I see on Fox? Sometimes I do, but I also agree that some COM...

Here is what I think...: A Victim Society

http://www.thinkingfromtheoutside.blogspot.com/2009/09/victim-society.html

Here is what I think. Saturday, September 26, 2009. So I thought over what I wrote last week. Sometimes when one attempts to convey a message as potentially emotionally-charged as my previous post, the actual message can get lost. Therefore, I believe that by backtracking a bit, I can get my message across better. So here goes. When things don't go their way just because of the color of their skin. Here is what I think...: Marriage

http://www.thinkingfromtheoutside.blogspot.com/2009/09/marriage.html

Here is what I think. Sunday, September 27, 2009. So I think this may be the post that surprises some. I have thought long and hard on the topic of marriage and I believe that there is a position to be made that has not been addressed. One side says that a marriage should be between a man and a woman and wants the government to enforce that. The other side wants anybody to marriage and wants the government to enforce that. I believe. That both sides are wrong about a key part of their arguments.

Here is what I think...: The start

http://www.thinkingfromtheoutside.blogspot.com/2009/09/start.html

Here is what I think. Thursday, September 17, 2009. I have talked for a while about getting involved in politics. As I get older I realize that I have to get going if I am ever going to do it. As part of a "ramp up", I have created this blog. With that in mind, here is the groundwork. Overtime, I intend to put mind thoughts down for all to see. I am sure that some of you will disagree. I hope you let me know this and why. I believe. Discussing things with people of different opinions. Intelligently so I ...

Tuesday, October 27, 2009. This afternoon, after we picked Sawyer up from school, we headed to a little pumpkin patch at the Olive Mill. Sure. we could have saved a couple bucks and just bought our pumpkins at Fry's, but then I would have missed out on these cute pictures! Wednesday, October 21, 2009. On Saturday, October 10th, we had a birthday party for Sawyer. Of course the theme was dinosaurs! We had a blast! All the kids walking around was the cutest thing ever! Then we had the t-rex pinata! Monday, March 8, 2010. It has completely changed my life. I now know that dairy is bad because of its high fat content. Red meat, caffeine, soda and fats are all triggers. All of their beautiful artwork! Thursday, September 24, 2009. Why don't I have eyelashes like these? Lately Thatcher just seems like he is growing up so fast. He is doing so many big boy things, well, except for going on the potty. We are slowly working on that! He can brush his own teeth, and he will even let you floss them! Now that ...

Thursday, December 3, 2009. The 2nd Annual Littler Family Day at the Zoo! We have started a Littler family tradition of going to the zoo the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Most of us have zoo memberships, so this is a great FREE family outing! We go to the zoo a lot, but the kids always love to go with their cousins. We had so much fun! It used to be all dirt, but now it is nicely paved and landscaped! If you haven't been to the zoo in awhile, I highly suggest you check it out! I just love this pic! The 2nd...

Monday, February 15, 2010. On Valentine's Day, Schnepf farms was having a Peach Blossom Celebration. You could come down to the farm and look at all the beautiful peach trees in bloom. The best part was, admission was FREE! They had the train going, and the play area and petting zoo were open too! One of our favorite parts was the u-pick vegetable garden for only $1 a pound. The boys had a blast picking their own vegetables right out of the dirt! This is Pat's favorite picture that I took.

Sunday, June 28, 2009. So I walk out to the living room today and ask the boys what they are doing. I see Sawyer laying in the chair and he tells me they are playing baby and Thatcher is the Mommy! Then later, Thatcher and I are washing his hands in the bathroom and you can hear Sawyer fake crying. I told Thatcher his baby was crying. So he walks in and says to Sawyer. 'What's the matter baby, you no want to go night-night? I just started cracking up! The Greatest Show on Earth! The opening of the show.
