I spent the day yesterday with my right arm in a sling and my right hand wrapped in a tensor. All in all, it went pretty well, and I feel I strengthened my empathy for those who are injured or suffering loss of a limb for any reason.

I got up early to train everyday, I went to TKD. Class most days of the week, sometimes twice a day, I watched my diet and I said "no" a lot to my friends when it came to doing things because I had to get up early to train.
