Monday, December 27, 2010. So this past December Darren and I took a little "road trip" to Maui. To be honest this year though we've done lots of fun things, has been a trying one for us, we really are looking forward to 2011! We just recently went through IVF #2 which unfortunately did not work out :( We were bummed out so we decided to take some time away together. It was much needed and so much fun. Monday, May 4, 2009. This past week we had the awesome opportunity of going to New York. Darren had work meetings out there but decided to ditch and hang with me instead. (what a dedicated guy! Carnegie Deli.biggest sandwiches ever! If you've ever seen the movie 'Serendipity' you must stop here not only for their famous frozen hot chocolate, but the ambiance is so dang cute! We hit it up twice! Magnolia Bakery, best cupcakes ever! A definite must, we made a few visits. Thanks for the recommendations Lisa!

Thursday, June 4, 2009. Family BBQ with the Willards and soon to be "Nate and Amanda Jensen's" (does that work.). K, so I put this dough out to rise at about 5:00pm and got talking with a neighbor later that night until midnight, came in and it had risen to just this size! I do not claim to be a cook AT ALL! Monday, December 27, 2010. Happy Bday to me! This year was the big 3-0! To be honest, not as bad as I anticipated, 29 was worse! As far as I'm concerned I'm still a young pup, my parents baby girl (Kaitlen, we will fight for the title forever) and am still on the younger side of most of my friends, so this makes me happy :). This year Dar did not disappoint. I enjoyed a nice lunch with my man, a day at the spa where I got to be on the receiving end of things which was sooo nice! FEEDJIT Live Traffic Feed.

Wednesday, April 15, 2009. Last night Kim and I ventured out with all the rest of the Britney fans (and no, they are not just 13-21! There was plenty of us 28 year olds and up! The Pussycat Dolls opened and they were fab! Britney was amazing, she did not disappoint with her lip syncing ;) I have been to her concert before and she is always so entertaining, you can't help but get up and dance! Our seats were awesome but right. Still, they made for great seats. Took me down memory lane. This ones for you B!

Monday, December 27, 2010. We just purchased a tent trailer this year and we went on a whole 2 camp outs! Even though it was less then we may have liked it was a lot of fun. On our first camp out with just the two of us we couldn't figure out how to work the lights inside the trailer so that was interesting and the second trip with the Stoddards Gus and Olive (Seth and Bree's boxer) got into a bit of an altercation and my hand took the brunt of it!
